Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL)is inviting applications from entities with relevant experience to participate individually or in a consortium for the development of a new terminal hotel adjacent to T3 through a bidding process. The criteria for selecting a builder is likely to be stringent because of security issues and the proposed hotel’s location. However, airport terminal hotels are known to have higher occupancy rates compared to other nearby locations. The airport likes to finish the process quickly and might be looking at a three-year deadline for the project.
