Delhi gets first two wheeler electric charging stations

Tata Power has set up its first electric-charging point for two-wheelers to cater to the eco-friendly motorists in North and North-West Delhi. This environment friendly initiative is expected to benefit over 10,000 electric two- wheeler owners in the area. The first such station has been inaugurated at Pitampura, Netaji Subhash Place and the second one has been set up near Maurice Nagar Police Station, Hudson Lines, Kingsway Camp. People can charge their two wheelers free of cost at these two facilities. Apart from this, North and North-West Delhi also have five separate e-charging stations for electric cars.
